Working at the desk from office or home, staring at the laptop for long hours, may affect our neck, shoulder and back health.
The problem is keeping for long hours a poor posture: round upper back, neck and shoulders forward. This position put our neck under stress, increase muscle activation and tension in the upper back.

What can we do to set our self in a more sustainable sitting position?

Sitting with full support in the lumbar spine region (sit as much back on the chair you can).

Find support of your upper back against the chair.

Check it out whether your seat height allow you to put your arms and wrist levelled with your keyboard.
