This past weekend at Miller’s Way, Shepherd’s Bush, London, I had the privilege to take part in a truly inspiring workshop on the latest research in fascia tissue and how manual therapy can be applied more effectively in patient care.
A heartfelt thank you to Robert Schleip for his passion and knowledge, to the Miller’s Way team for the warm welcome, and to all the wonderful attendees for the enriching exchanges and shared learning. Grateful for such a high-quality knowledge-sharing experience — and excited to bring these insights into my practice.

Neural mobilization and intermittent cervical traction techniques simultaneously applied are very efficient in treating patients suffering with cervical radiculopathy (chronic neck pain, lack of grip strength, decreased cervical range of movement).
Enjoyed two days course on how specific exercises can immediate induce a reduction in neck pain disorders. Thanks Prof Deborah Falla and Kasia Zielina for organising.
Leon Chaitow 's powerful and illuminating legacy. Musculoskeletal, movement and complementary therapies science can improve including studies from different disciplines. A great privilege to have been taught by Leon!
