Breathing pattern disorders is a condition present in the 20-30 percent of the population. Often is associated with stress, tension, muscle fatigue, low back pain, neck stiffness, pins and needles in the arms/hands, Osteopathic approach to this problem is optimising the body structures (muscles, joints) responsible for breathing and breathing re-training.
